French Countertenor Théo Imart Joins Askonas Holt for Global Representation: A Rising Star's Journey from Versailles to China

Théo Imart has entered into an agreement with Askonas Holt for global representation. Under the management of Solal del Castillo, Imart, a French countertenor, will be guided in his career.

Imart, known for his performances at Theater St Gallen, the Royal Orchestra of Versailles, and the Festival Aix-en-Provence, has established himself as a regular collaborator with the Royal Orchestra of Versailles. Recently, he embarked on a nine-concert tour of China with the ensemble, captivating audiences with arias by Vivaldi and Handel at prestigious venues such as the Shanghai Oriental Arts Center, Shenzhen Concert Hall, and Guangzhou Opera House.

In the current season, Imart is set to grace the stage twice at Theater St Gallen, notably in Purcell’s “The Fairy Queen” under the baton of Corinna Niemeyer.

Having received his musical education at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, Imart gained recognition as a finalist in the 2023 Belvedere Singing Competition, where he was honored with a special prize from the Dutch National Opera.
