From May 9 to June 9, 2024, the 47th edition of the Dresdner Musikfestspiele will unfold under the theme "Horizons." Crafted by Jan Vogler, the program will showcase exceptional artists as always. Set in the iconic venues of the splendid city along the Elbe River, renowned cellist Jan Vogler will host a lineup including Jeanine De Bique, Matthias Goerne, Daniel Lozakovich, Daniel Hope, among others, along with conductors like Klaus Mäkelä, Jakub Hrùša, and Kent Nagano.

Continuing the 2023 launch, Wagner's Das Ring der Nibelungen project in its original orchestration advances with Die Walküre, conducted by Kent Nagano, featuring the Festival Orchestra and Concerto Köln. The rich program promises a plethora of highlights waiting to be explored during this musical extravaganza.
