The Florida Grand Opera will present Donizetti's L'Elisir d'Amore, with performances in Miami from February 1 to 4 and in Fort Lauderdale from February 13 to 15. The production, directed by Matt Cooksey, will highlight the deeply human elements of the story, with Cooksey describing Nemorino's journey as “one of the most human stories of a character doing whatever it takes for love.”

The cast will feature Jonah Hoskins, Jasmine Habersham, Ricardo José Rivera, and Peixin Chen, all making their Florida Grand Opera debuts. Florida Grand Opera Studio Artist Mary Burke Barber will also join the ensemble. Anthony Barrese will conduct the production.
