Brian Jagde is scheduled to return to "La Forza del Destino" at the Teatro alla Scala on December 19.

After missing performances on December 13 and 16 due to the birth of his first son, the tenor shared, “Unfortunately, I won't be back in Milan for tonight's performance of 'Forza' at the Teatro alla Scala, but I’ll return on the 19th and I’m excited to reconnect with my colleagues then. Good luck to everyone!”

He also expressed, “Welcome to the world, Baby Jagde, you are loved beyond words! Thank you for all the kind messages and well wishes these past few days. It’s been quite a whirlwind, and he will be leaving the hospital today as per their standard protocol. We are not only grateful to finally have him with us, but also for the loving and supportive community who helped us make this big (and little!) dream come true.”

Jagde began the production on December 7 and performed again on the 10th. Luciano Ganci stepped in for the following two performances.

The cast of "La Forza del Destino" also includes Anna Netrebko, Vasilisa Berzhanskaya, Alexander Vinogradov, Marco Filippo Romano, and Ludovic Tézier, with Riccardo Chailly conducting the new production by Leo Muscato.
