Riccardo Frizza has received the "Ordine al merito della Repubblica" in Italy. The conductor expressed his gratitude on social media, acknowledging President Sergio Mattarella and consul Cappelli Bigazzi for bestowing the honor upon him during a ceremony in Tenerife on the occasion of the Festa della Repubblica.

During the upcoming summer, Frizza will lead various musical productions, including "Maria Stuarda" at the Teatro San Carlo, Beethoven’s Symphony No.9 at the Valle d’Itria, and a Puccini Gala at the Festival Internacional de Santander. Additionally, he will conduct performances at the Festival Verdi, Donizetti Opera, Bilbao Opera, and Teatro Comunale di Bologna.
