Belvedere Park has been chosen as the venue for the inaugural “Wiener Opernsommer Belvedere 2024.”

This fresh open-air spectacle is a brainchild of the Friends of the Wienner Opernsommer association, spearheaded by Joji Hattori as the Artistic Director and Dominik Am Zenhoff-Söns serving as director and casting director. The festival is proudly presented in partnership with the Austrian Burghauptmannschaft.

At the heart of the festival lies 10 captivating performances of Mozart’s timeless masterpiece, “Don Giovanni,” commencing on July 1, 2024, and continuing until the 20th of July.

The stellar cast for this opera includes Thomas Tatzl in the titular role, supported by a talented ensemble featuring Andreas Hörl, Nathalie Peña-Comas, Johannes Baumberger, Martina Neubauer, Alexandre Beauchat, Ejnar Colak, Juliette Khalil, Lisa Marie Lebitschnig, and Felix Pacher.
